Welcome to Mom's File Club! By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a positive and fair experience for all members. Please review these carefully before completing your purchase.

File Usage Guidelines

🖼️ Permitted Uses:- You may download and use the provided files to create physical, completed products for personal use or for sale in your small business.

- Files are optimized for laser machines, sublimation, and UV printing. Use them to create beautiful, market-ready items efficiently.

🚫 Prohibited Uses:- You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share any portion of the digital files, including but not limited to modifying and sharing them as derivatives.

- You may NOT use or share the photos or images provided in the membership on public platforms like Etsy or your own online store. These are for private use only (e.g., private Facebook groups for gauging customer interest).

- You may NOT represent these files or photos as your own intellectual property.

Photo Usage Rights

Members may use the provided photos for marketing on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) to promote their products and gauge interest.

Due to recent restrictions on platforms like Etsy, members may NOT use the provided photos as listing images on e-commerce platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, or Amazon.Members may use the images in private sales settings, such as direct customer communications (e.g., private messages, email marketing, or private Facebook groups) to gauge interest in a product before producing it.

It is encouraged that members create their own product photos to establish their brand identity and avoid confusion among customers. This benefits members by ensuring they do not mislead their customers with identical product images that multiple sellers might be using and offers a true representation of the quality and expectations that will be delivered to the customer. Unique product photos build trust and help establish credibility in the marketplace.

Attribution

While attribution is not required, it’s always appreciated! Tagging or mentioning me (@ThatMomWithALaser) on social media or leaving positive feedback helps support the creative community.

Restrictions for Large-Scale Production

Mom's File Club files are created with small business owners in mind, not for mass production or large-scale manufacturing.

If you represent a corporation, factory, or other entity looking to produce items in high volume using these designs:

- You must contact me directly to negotiate licensing terms or a separate usage agreement.

-  Unauthorized use of these files for mass production or by large companies is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

Third-Party Printing Restrictions

-  Files may only be used for production by the member who purchased the membership. If you wish to have items such as stickers or DTF prints made, you may only outsource production to approved members of Mom's File Club who offer these services. This ensures that all involved parties are respecting the terms of use and maintaining the integrity of the files.

-  Members found to be sharing files with unapproved third-party printers will be subject to termination of membership and potential legal action.

Membership Exclusivity

- Files provided through Mom's File Club are exclusive to members for a period of 6 months. During this time, they cannot be sold or distributed outside of the club.

- Membership includes access to digital files, mini assembly videos, written instructions, and marketing guidance. Sharing these resources with non-members is not allowed.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you encounter any issues with a file or need assistance, please reach out to me for support.By joining Mom's File Club, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
